A native of Liberty, Mississippi and a proud graduate of University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism. She was privileged to earn the title Miss Southern Miss and was named Who’s Who Among Colleges and Universities during her tenure.
Minor is now the Chief Operations Officer at the number one app development company in the Southeast, BFAC.COM. Krystal joined bfac.com in early 2012 after a successful career with 16 WAPT NEWS, where she served as senior producer for the primetime newscast. She received numerous awards for her work and contributions to Hearst Television. In 2014, Minor was named Chief of Operations after boosting the company’s revenue by 200%. She was selected as Top in Tech by the Mississippi Business Journal.
Minor believes in servant leadership. Outside of the workplace she is the Philanthropy Chair of the Madison County Young Professionals. She is also a member of the Madison County Business League where she is a Steering Committee Leader, serves on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Executive Leadership Committee, and the Youth Leadership Committee. She is a proud mentor for Women Lead Leadership Organization at Georgia State University. She enjoys volunteer work with MS Alzheimer's Association and the Salvation Army. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Minor is a motivational speaker, youth leader, and life coach who has spoken on many stages across the southeast. She has great passion to ignite others to follow their dreams and to live on purpose. God called her to create a space where girls can be transparent and feel confident about who they are in Christ. In 2022, she founded Girls Ignited.
Minor was listed in the Amite County High School’s Distinguished Individual Publication in 2021, named BFAC Employee of the Year in 2017, received Madison County Business League's Exceptional Leadership Award in 2022 and named a 2022 W.I.S.H. Society Honoree.
Most importantly, Minor is a dedicated wife and mother. She and her husband of eleven years have three beautiful children, Kaylie, Kassidy and Jeremy Jr. Together they serve as youth ministry leaders at Faith Tabernacle of Jesus Christ Church in Woodville, MS. Minor strongly believes we must glorify God in everything we do. Through Christ ALL things are possible.
Tanekia Gatlin is a nationally certified and state licensed Speech Pathologist. She has 18 years of professional experience practicing as a Speech Language Pathologist in many areas including teaching individuals how to communicate successfully. Tanekia graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 2004. She continued her studies at the University of Mississippi and in 2006 received a Master of Science degree in Communicative Disorders.
Tanekia is the owner of Dynamic Communication, which provides group training and private sessions to assist individuals in aligning their communication skills with their professional expertise. Our vision is to help individuals skillfully communicate at their highest potential in order to speak in both professional and social settings.
Tanekia Gatlin is a native of Bude, MS. She currently resides in McComb, MS with her beautiful family. Tanekia is married to Marcus Gatlin, and they share four children; Marcus, Jr., Karmon, Marris, and Canaan.
Lauren Nicole Sinclair’s love for fashion was kindled as a young child, inspiring her to create gowns for her Barbie dolls. She became fully enamored with the field as a business possibility while at Tougaloo College in Tougaloo, Miss., helping her friends to become style-savvy and producing full-blown fashion shows at the education institution. Her acumen in the field was quickly noticed, and she began styling for celebrity photographers and producing fashion shows and other events around the country. At Tougaloo, her official major was in Written, Radio, and Television Broadcasting.
Lauren delayed getting into the fashion industry full-fledged after graduating from Tougaloo, opting instead to continue the communications career legacy of both her mother and father. With communications degree in hand, Lauren worked as a producer/reporter at 16 WAPT News in Jackson, MS for more than eight years. Her career at WAPT afforded her opportunities to interview top politicians, celebrities, and people in the general community. While at the television station, she was recognized as an award winning Emmy Journalist.
Lauren’s first steps into fashion as a business were as an image consultant and wardrobe designer. She described herself as a fashion guide specializing in bridal, maternity and special occasions. Her goal: Simply to help make women feel beautiful! In 2016, Lauren decided to focus fully on her fashion career. She became a full time entrepreneur and since then, Lauren’s designs have been worn by people around the world (including celebrities). The mantra of Lauren Nicole Sinclair fashion is "Every Walkway is a Runway," and she encourages all women to embrace and fully believe this to be true. Since the pandemic hit 2020, Lauren is now styling more than people. She’s styling homes, brands, & coaching. Lauren shares her passion for fashion with teens and young women, mentoring them in establishing excellence in their image, confidence, beauty, and self-love. Her goal is to help today’s young women become confident, successful and contributing citizens of their communities.
A native of Jackson, MS, Lauren is married to Tarrence Sinclair of Rankin County, and is the proud mother of three children, Tarrence II, Emily Marie, and Langston Miles.
Frankiettia Godwin is the owner of Impact Chaser, LLC, where she is an educational consultant. Impact Chaser, LLC. focuses on providing educational support from ACT/SAT Prep, professional development training, and overall student success. She is a motivational speaker, p odcast host, writer, and eternal optimist.Frankiettia has also been an educator for over 19 years teaching English, Special Education, and instructional coaching. She has taught in MS, TN, TX, and Washington, D.C.
